Cancelling and returning an order
It is possible to cancel an order by contacting us at info@torille.ee before we have delivered the goods. If the goods have already been delivered from the warehouse to the customer or a clinic representative, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Returning the order
According to the laws of the Republic of Estonia, consumers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract and return alcoholic beverages because they are perishable or obsolete products according to § 53 (4) 4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
This means that alcoholic beverages cannot be returned or cancelled unless the goods are defective or there is an error on our part (for example, the wrong product).
In case of a defective or incorrect product
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us by email at info@torille.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please include in your letter:
